<p>Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day At Comfort Keepers, caregiving is more than a job — it’s a calling.</p><p>We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals who are passionate about enriching the lives of seniors and others who need support in the comfort of their own homes.</p><p>Housekeeper, you will provide non-medical, in-home support that promotes comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.</p><p>If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we would love to hear from you!</p><p>Position Summary The housekeeper provides companionship, emotional support, and light household assistance to clients while following each client’s individualized Plan of Care.</p><p>This role plays an important part in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.</p><p>Key Responsibilities -Provide attentive, non-medical care based on each client’s Plan of Care  -Offer companionship through conversation, reading, activities, and social engagement -Support clients’ emotional well-being and mental alertness -Assist with light housekeeping duties including: Vacuuming Dusting Laundry Dishwashing  Bathroom and kitchen cleaning -Complete documentation and care notes accurately and on time -Follow all safety procedures and maintain client confidentiality Qualifications & Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) -Current CPR & First Aid Certification -Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are considered strong assets -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Dependable, punctual, and organized -Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality client care -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully  - Professional attitude with honesty and integrity Physical & Working Conditions -Regular physical activity including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and light lifting (up to 12 kg / 25 lbs)  ---- -Manual dexterity and strength in both hands required  - Possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases -Work performed within clients’ homes in the community Why Join Comfort Keepers? -Wages startng at $20.00/hr - Meaningful and rewarding work -Supportive and welcoming team environment -Ongoing training and learning opportunities -Flexible scheduling opportunities -The chance to build lasting relationships and truly make a difference in someone’s life Apply Today!</p><p>Our office serves seniors in Vancouver and surrounding communities, including Richmond, Burnaby, Langley, Vancouver, etc.</p><p>This position may require travel to those areas – we do our best to match you with clients in your area.</p><p>If you are compassionate, reliable, and ready to bring heart into your work, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Comfort Keepers team!  Powered by JazzHR</p>- Location Langley, BC
