You love fitness and thrive in a role where every day is different. *What You'll Do:* ? Greet and support all members with exceptional customer service ? Connect with prospects and guide them through the sales journey from first contact to membership sign-up ? Give engaging tours of the facility and follow up on online leads and referrals ? Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets ? Maintain prompt, professional communication?by phone, email, or in-person ? Present daily sales reports to management ? Stay knowledgeable about our club, company, and membership offerings ? Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment *What You Bring:* * High school diploma or equivalent * Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow * Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Able to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced setting * Prior gym or fitness industry experience is an asset * *Evening and Weekend availability is required * _Note: This description outlines the general expectations for the role. Additional duties may be assigned to support club operations._ Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Work days: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- Location Delta, BC
