This is an exciting opportunity for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. *Duties* * Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed * Utilize technical sales skills to explain complex product details clearly and confidently * Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts * Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue * Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured items * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience *Skills* * Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively * Strong communication skills for clear, professional interactions both in person and over the phone * Experience in technology or retail sales, including conducting product demos and technical explanations * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math for accurate transactions * Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction * Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a busy retail environment * Effective phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities * Knowledge of merchandising principles, retail sales strategies, and inventory management practices Join us as a Sales Representative if you?re energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to make a positive impact!
