Records & maintains foods at proper serving temperatures. Cleans and prepares foods. Follows standardized recipes in preparing foods such as breakfast items and desserts. Assists in preparation of garnishes. Clears dining room tables, loads &operates dishwasher and cleans pots, plans & cooking utensils using a three sink method. Participates in proper storage and labeling of dietary supplies and food, including left overs. Adheres to established department policies, procedures & objectives regarding HACCP, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control. \*\* Applicants must have successfully completed or be enrolled a Food Service Worker Program Job Type: Casual Pay: From $20.72 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Wallaceburg, ON
