*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated and energetic Kitchen Staff to join our team in providing exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, maintain high standards of food safety, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in the food industry. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards * Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure quality and presentation * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment * Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times * Serve food efficiently to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation * Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours * Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff *Experience* * Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices is advantageous * Familiarity with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus * Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role Pay: $17.20-$27.37 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Experience: * Kitchen: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Food Handler Certification (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Windsor, ON
