*Job Overview* We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food service and a strong background in food preparation and safety. The Kitchen Helper will support daily kitchen operations, assist with meal preparation, and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Candidates should have prior restaurant or food industry experience and be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. *Duties* * Assist in food preparation and cooking processes to ensure timely service * Support the serving staff by preparing ingredients and plating dishes as needed * Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations * Help with meal assembly and portioning according to recipes and standards * Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination * Follow all food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards * Support the team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations *Skills* * Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen support roles within a restaurant or food service environment * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately * Familiarity with meal preparation and serving procedures * Excellent organizational skills to keep the kitchen clean and stocked * Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable This position offers an opportunity to grow within a professional culinary environment while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
