We believe in utilizing our RVTs to their full potential and providing opportunities to work hands-on in a variety of areas throughout the hospital. *The Opportunity:* We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team part-time. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your technical skills fully while building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. *Your Role:* * Assisting veterinarians with appointments and procedures * Monitoring anesthesia and supporting surgical patients * Providing treatments and nursing care for hospitalized patients * Performing technician appointments * Educating clients on pet health and preventive care * Collaborating with the veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care *Our Ideal Candidate:* * A Diploma in Veterinary Technology * Registration as an RVT or eligibility for registration * Strong communication and client education skills * Excellent attention to detail * A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * A passion for building relationships with clients and advocating for their pets * A love for animals of all shapes and sizes *What We Offer:* * Continuing Education (CE) allowance * Paid OAVT dues * Employee pet discount * Flexible scheduling * On-site parking * Supportive and collaborative team environment *Work-Life Balance Matters:* We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and are committed to creating schedules that work for both our team and our patients.
