For Skilled 310T Technicians Who Know They?re Good We?re looking for a high-performing 310T Licensed Technician who works with speed, precision, and pride. If you?re the tech others rely on for diagnostics? If you can maintain pace without sacrificing workmanship? If you?re commuting to the GTA and tired of losing hours on the road? This could be the move. Work close to home in the Barrie area. No weekends. No rotating shifts. No nonsense. We run a professional operation and expect professional standards What We Offer * $45.00?$55.00 per hour (based on real ability)? Tool allowance? Boot allowance? Benefits package? RSP contributions? Clean, organized shop? Consistent, year-round work? Long-term stability? Monday?Friday schedule only If you?re licensed, productive, and still being paid like an average mechanic, it may be time for a conversation. What We?re Looking For * Valid 310T License? Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability? Well-rounded mechanical skillset (General running repairs, PM Inspections, brakes, suspension, minor engine repairs, electrical, etc.)? Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality? Professional attitude and accountability? Own tools Confidential inquiries welcome.
