Join our growing team as an *Inside Sales Representative*, where you?ll manage key accounts and cultivate new client relationships in the specialty steel and metal industry. We pride ourselves on providing each customer with exceptional service and value. *Key Responsibilities* * Identify and research new sales leads and opportunities. * Build and maintain relationships with key contacts * Understand customer application to provide technical guidance and value-added options * Coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment * Track activities and meet/exceed monthly performance targets. * Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity in the CRM *Required Skills and Qualifications* * 3+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in metal distribution * Knowledge of hot rolled mild steel and specialty metals is an asset. * Strong attention to detail and communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new tools. * Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented. * Excellent communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills * Ability to read structural drawings & generate material take-offs an asset *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive base salary with bonus structure * Comprehensive group benefits package. * Employer-matched pension plan. * Growth and advancement opportunities. *Job Type*: Full-Time/ permanent *Salary*: $ 50,000 - $ 60,000 per year plus KPI Bonus pending experience *Location*: Kitchener Steel 600 Trillium Drive Kitchener, ON Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Experience: * Sales: 3 years (preferred) * Customer service: 3 years (preferred) * reading drawings: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
