*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently * Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper disposal of waste * Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients * Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary clean items are readily available for food service * Follow safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards within the kitchen environment * Operate dishwashing machinery safely and correctly, adhering to all operational guidelines * Restock clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas for easy access during service *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required * Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail * Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and teamwork * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed * Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent service while developing valuable skills in the hospitality industry.
