Represent our district in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner; you are a proud ambassador for our company. Perform advanced diagnostics on HVAC equipment, residential Water Heaters and HP systems, etc. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Communicate with clients to explain system issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Educate and promote the value of Enercare?s products, services and programs. Stay updated on the latest HVAC and water heater technologies and best practices. *Required Certifications & Qualifications:* * 4+ years of field experience in service of HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps * G Driver?s License * 313D * Gas Fitter 2 * Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) * Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting refrigeration equipment * Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude * A valid Class G Driver?s license * Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts (weekend availability is a must) * Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position, i.e., occasional lifting of 25 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather * Experience with generating HVAC leads and enrolling customers in new service plans is an asset * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Continuous learning and improvement mindset At Metro South Central, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and dynamic culture where employees thrive.
