Service Technician Responsibilities * Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. * Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of the job. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. * Provide outstanding customer service and clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers. * Complete all required service documentation accurately using company-provided mobile devices. * Participate in the on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and emergency service as required. * Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable industry codes and standards. * Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition.
