Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Billing Assistant will combine logistics and accounting expertise to coordinate with the shipping department to bill out customer loads. In this role, you will work and interact with suppliers, manufacturers and exporters.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for collection of information and weights.Accountable for proper and accurate billing procedures and also error follow up.Collaborate with the team and provide back up for other positions as necessary.Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.#LI-SP1QualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalentTen key and keyboarding experienceAbility to perform under pressure within a controlled environment, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.Position Details•Location: Guelph, Ontario;Relocation assistance is not provided for this role. •Schedule is Satrudas typically from 8:00am to 4:30pm. There are also be hours scheduled during the week scheduled to provide coverage as needed.•The business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.•The expected salary for this position is $32,000-$42,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
