*Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing schematics and construction skills in a dynamic environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of troubleshooting complex systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. *Duties* * Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and schematics * Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment * Diagnose system issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic tools * Conduct plumbing and boiler repairs as needed to support HVAC operations * Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications requiring metalwork * Read and interpret technical schematics and construction drawings for installation projects * Assist with appliance repair related to HVAC components * Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used * Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively *Experience* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Mechanic with a strong background in HVAC systems * Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair is highly desirable * Familiarity with schematics, construction processes, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques * Prior experience working with maintenance or mechanical systems in commercial or residential settings * Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately * Construction or building maintenance experience is a plus * Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments This position requires candidates to have relevant technical skills combined with practical hands-on experience to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
