On a daily basis, Sales Reps handle inbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and leads promptly and efficiently. Your primary focus is managing leads, closing deals, and guiding customers through the sales process. Given our equipment's technical nature and size, having knowledge of industrial equipment is essential. Successful Sales Reps demonstrate strong motivation, initiative, and dedication to both acquiring new leads and nurturing existing ones to grow our business.

*The ideal candidate would be:*
* Experienced in high-ticket sales
* Strong in computer literacy
* Proficient in using CRM systems
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Hardworking and dedicated
* An excellent team player with likable personality
* Skilled in closing deals effectively
* Have prior experience in a 100% commission-based role
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Knowledgeable in industrial sales (mining, power generation, and electric gear is an asset)
* Experienced in an entrepreneurial setting is preferred
*Key Responsibilities*
Sales Activities:
* Answering incoming call, cold calling, and responding to emails to drive sales.
* Generate and qualify leads through targeted prospecting efforts.
Computer Literacy:
* Utilize Lenmark?s CRM system to track and maintain all sales activities, including opportunities, leads, contacts, and relationships.
* Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
* Prepare and deliver quotes, sales orders, and invoices promptly using our CRM.
Customer Relations:
* Ensure clear and thorough communication with customers throughout the sales process to ensure high satisfaction.
* Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
* Promptly respond to customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
Sales Management:
* Possess knowledge in selling high-ticket items.
* Meet or exceed sales quotas.
* Collect payments from customers upon invoice.
Support Functions:
* Support logistics, service, and warehouse departments to ensure timely product delivery.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer issues post-delivery.
* Drive customer engagement with Lenmark?s Finance department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
