Sort fish according to species, weight and destination. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Overtime required. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Reliability.
